FARROWING SECTOR, NURSERY OF PIGLETS AND SOW’S SECTOR NEAR CZARNKOWO

General information:

-70 sows in open cycle

-3 farrowing crates

-4 nursery crates

-sector of gestating sows and mating sows with boars, on bedding

-preparing of feed on one’s own, feed distributed to all the sectors in containers 1 t.

-to nursery sector (box feeders), the feed is distributed with the use of spiral auger, diam 75 mm

-to sector of mating and pregnant sows, the feed is distributed with the use of independent chain augers, diam 63 mm

-to farrowing and nursery crates, the air is supplied from the outside through the venting channel under the main communication route

-to sows sector the air is supplied from the outside of the building


FARROWING SECTORS

-floor 100% gridded

-crate for piglets

– grid with the roof, infrared lamp

-crate for the sows simple on 4 foot with the stainless steel trough

-distributing the water to sows=>nipple drinker, for piglets =>bowl drinker

-possibility to give medicine DOSATRON -automatic system of feed distribution for sows from feeder 7 l.

-system of vacuum-type ventilation, the air is sucked from the main corridor through the air intake and erased in venting pipe outside the pig farm.

NURSERY OF THE PIGS

-watering with bowl drinkers

SECTOR OF SOWS

-in sector of sows, animals bred on bedding

-mating sows in individual crates

-gestating sows in group crates

-in order to prevent aggression among gestating sows, there are 3 individual stands with possibility to close the gates

-watering animals with whey from polymer concrete troughs (whey provided by the Inverstor)

-feeding with feed from feeder 7l, manually launched

-mechanical ventilation, air intake from side of the building, exhaust trough venting pipes

-liquid manure removed with the use of pipes PVC, diam 250 mm to the central container
