Spedition silos
In order to quickly and efficiently unload material from the warehouse, we offer SPEDITION SILOS. They are intended for short-term storage of dry grains of cereals, maize, rape, legumes or other easy-flowing materials (with a bulk density in the silo of not more than 0.65 kN / m3).
- fast, gravity loading of grain onto differents means of transport, such as trucks or railway wagons.
- made of the highest quality construction sheet with a high zinc coating (350g / m2) protecting the tanks against corrosion.
- the possibility of any expansion of the modular structure of silos, connecting them in rows on a common supporting structure.
- round silos
- square silos (funnel 45° or 60°)
- with a central outlet or diagonal outlet
All the silos we design meet the European standard for the strength of steel structures EUROCODE 3, and the modern machinery park guarantees high precision of the elements made, which in turn enables efficient assembly of the silos.
The solid supporting structure under the forwarding silo ensures quick and safe emptying of the silo directly into the means of transport. The dimensions of the supporting structure are adapted to the individual needs of the investor and ensure free passage of large trucks as well as railway wagons. The supporting structure is available in hot-dip galvanized or powder coated versions.
As a supplement to spedition silos, we offer various types of loading systems, valve systems, service platforms, ladders as well as measuring and control devices.
