We present you our new Prime Feeder product. Prime Feeder is the first fully automated piglet feeder in the pen center. It is a machine designed for rearing young or weak piglets from 3 kg. It is adapted to ask for both milk replacer and solid food. Prime Feeder is a kind of artificial piglet for piglets. Our research on a pig farm shows that with this device you can raise even 8-day-old piglets without sow. By feeding small portions at regular intervals, the natural sucking / eating urge is fully preserved. The Prime Feeder operates in hourly mode. It was designed so that the natural cycle of feeding the sows was the most remembered. Initially milk should be given in small amounts at frequent intervals. Small pigs should receive meals up to 10 times a day. Every hour of PRIME FEDER operation can be individually indicated the number of minutes when warm milk is given (later the feed). Prime Feeder is equipped with a heater that constantly maintains a constant temperature of the feed. The Prime Feeder eliminates abnormalities of the gastrointestinal tract and ensures a healthy intestinal development thanks to the smooth transition from the warm milk formula to the warm mash feed and later on the permanent feed after piglets' mortification.
HOW DOES PRIME FEEDER AUTUMN WORK?
The Prime Feeder is designed to work inside the delivery pen. The machine operates in hourly mode, where every hour we set the number of minutes when food is fed. At the beginning of each feeding period, the device gives an "incentive" or automatically dispenses a small dose of milk into the trough to encourage the piglets to start the meal. Milk scattered in the trough entices with its smell piglets, which must approach the machine to start the process of setting up a warm milk replacer. When piglets approach the machine and activate the ring by moving, milk (feed) and later hot water are automatically set. The sensor in the trough ensures that the trough is not overfilled and that no more will be given if the piglets do not eat the contents of the trough. Thanks to this, the feed is always fresh and hygienic. In addition, we eliminate all losses of very expensive feed.

THE MAIN SETTINGS OF THE PRIME FEEDER
1. The main idea is to feed piglets in a litter, which have less chance to eat sows (sows often have too little milk to feed all piglets).
2. The second assumption is feeding and faster growth of the strongest pieces in the litter. The strongest piglets want to eat as much as possible and grow even faster.
3. The third assumption is to adapt the pig's gastrointestinal tract to the solid feed still in the farrowing pen (feeding in combination with warm water) before they are weaned for normal feed intake. Elimination of problems related to the adaptation of the digestive tract to dry feed, like diarrhea in the first days after weaning. The piglet is already adapted to eat normal feed thanks to PRIME FEDDER.
