Silos in an installation for cattle breeding.
4 silos type 280-7 with a capacity of 30 tons each in a installation for cattle breeding. The silos store soybean meal, rapeseed, etc. and ready-made fodder (concentrates). Due to the specific nature of the farm, the loading pipes were placed in one point (from under the silos through the roof of the cowshed).
Mobile cleaning and drying installation
Mobile cleaning and drying installation, which includes:
Continuous dryer model SCP 38 (column charge 38 tons), with heat recovery from the cooling section with preheating, with a capacity of 205 tons for maize from 30% to 15% or 170 tons for maize from 33% to 13%.
Drum-sieve cleaner with wheat pre-cleaning capacity - 80 t / h.
Container receiving hopper with a capacity of 23 m3 for filling with a self-unloading trailer or a loader.
Transport systems with a capacity of 60 t / h for wheat.

We present a video from the implementation of a warehouse and drying base for storing grain with transport systems.
The warehouse base includes:
• 3 flat-bottomed silos with a capacity of 6000 tons each
• 2 buffer silos with a capacity of 350 tons each
• 3x12 m receiving hopper with a carport
• Spedition silo with a capacity of 55 tons with a drive-through construction
• Drum-sieve cleaner with a construction
• Transport systems with a capacity of 80 t / h
• Dryer with a capacity of 480 tons per day for corn seeds.
The dryer is powered by hot air from 3 straw generators with a capacity of 1.8 MW each, with a two-temperature drying system and recirculation. Drying column completely covered with high temperature sandwich panel to completely eliminate heat loss.

Extension of the existing installation by 3 funnel silos with a capacity of 270 tons each and transport systems with a capacity of 50 tons / h.
Silos with a thresholdless connection between the funnel and the cylinder, which prevents the accumulation and retention of grain residues in the silo.

Femap training
In June, our employees completed a two-stage training course organized by GM System.
The training concerned the preparation of structures for calculations in Femap and Solid Edge as well as nonlinear analyzes.
Thanks to the training, our employees have broadened their knowledge and gained new skills that they will be able to implement in their work.
